Boulder Colorado Mountain Landscapes: Snow in August!

I was heading down to that fashion show and there was a break in the weather. The storm that brought three and a half inches of rain to Boulder also left a blanket of snow on the mountain peaks above 10000 feet. If I was ambitious I could have gone up and gotten some powder turns in mid-August. Well, beyond ambitious I’d have to abandon my job! So I settled for snapping some pictures of the landscape.
