Daily Photo - Random Skateboarding Backside 180 Photo in Denver’s Civic Center Park

Last weekend I was down in Denver shooting Dave’s wedding. No, I still haven’t posted the photos from his Bachelor Party / Mountain bike suffer-fest weekend. But they are coming very soon in new and exciting slideshow form. But I digress. I was shooting his wedding, which was at the Denver Historical Society Building, when the group headed down to Denver’s Civic Center Park for some location photos. It was a popular spot, as another wedding party showed up for pictures in a limo, as well as a portrait photographer and her high school senior. Right as we were wrapping up our shoot, a bunch of skater kids show up and one starts launching backside 180 airs down 9 or 10 steps. Lucky for me I had the Fisheye lens on had so I fired off a couple shots. The funny part is that with all these photographers running around, one kid was reminded that his mom has been bugging him to get his senior photos done. He asks me if I’ll shoot his pictures because the guy his mom wants him to use is ‘gay’. Well dude, email me!
